Members and applications

The member register, membership types and contact details live in one place. Applications come from the club's own website straight into review.

Boats and berths

Boats, owners, marinas, piers and berths are connected. When a berth changes hands, its history is kept.

Guard duties

Venevä shares the season's duties out fairly. The list moves from draft to review to published, and members only ever see their published duties.

Messages

SMS and email go out from the same place. Before sending you see the recipients, the message length and the estimated cost.

Charges

Membership and berth charges are calculated from memberships and berths and itemised line by line. The finished calculation is exported to Excel for further processing.
